And places where things were "renovated" sloppily. Chipped paint, countertop sticker finish poorly applied, and more. The walls are painted the most unappealing tan I've ever laid eyes on. With all of your windows and doors closed, sometimes you can even smell what your neighbors are cooking in your living room.
I have recommended the complex to many people at different times. I live alone, but have always felt safe & secure in my home. The grounds are kept nicely & everyone I have come in contact with has been very friendly & willing to assist in any way they can. All closet doors were improperly installed so they didn't stay on and maintenance said there was no point in fixing them since they'd come back off. Im disappointed in the cost of the rent when they didn't want to properly maintain the building. They didn't show up for the final walk through when we moved out.
My only real complaint has to do with parking. Unless you pay for a covered spot or a garage then it can be tough to find a place to park near your apartment. We have tried to purchase a spot but all the ones near our apartment are taken. It is not a far walk to where there is parking though. Be sure to read the exact specifications and rules outlined by the landlord in their full-page ad before contacting the owner about their pet-friendly townhouses, apartments or other rentals. This will save time for both you and the landlord.
